Soundproof Room for Vessels 'malie' <Creating a Quiet Onboard Environment>

Quietly to the end, comfortably forever. We will bring the factory-made panels on board and assemble them.

"malie" is a soundproof room that suppresses noise and creates a quiet onboard environment. On a fishing guidance survey vessel in Shizuoka Prefecture, our product has been adopted to improve the living conditions in three rooms: the captain's room, the chief engineer's room, and the female crew members' room. These three rooms are located on the upper deck directly above the engine, yet they achieve a quiet living environment. Our product is a shipboard soundproof room with a floating structure and panel construction. 【Features】 ■ Soundproof room with panel construction ■ Self-supporting structure consisting of six surfaces: floor, walls, and ceiling ■ Vibration isolation mounts under the floor reduce solid-borne noise ■ Air-tight and heavy panels block airborne noise ■ Only in contact with the hull through vibration isolation mounts under the floor ■ Walls and ceiling are supported to prevent the transmission of vibrations *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Marine Soundproof Room 'malie'

Control the individual vibrations and air sounds transmitted through the hull! Create a quiet room inside the ship.

"Malie" is a site-assembled soundproof unit characterized by a "floating structure" that stands on vibration-damping mounts on the floor, designed for marine soundproof rooms. It reduces solid-borne noise, which is a cause of onboard noise, and suppresses airborne noise with high airtightness panel construction, creating a quiet onboard environment. Additionally, measurements taken on noise-regulated vessels recorded values that were 5 decibels lower compared to rooms with standard noise control measures at the same location. 【Features】 ■ Reduces airborne noise through the airtightness and weight of the panels ■ Suppresses solid-borne noise from the hull with vibration-damping mounts on the floor ■ Self-supporting soundproof room (floating structure) with floor, walls, and ceiling *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
